We served as PMO and Cutover Lead responsible for assisting with the development of the cutover plan, execution task management and reporting. Help manage the day to day cutover activities, and help manage the process and communication of cutover resources. Continuously review and modify the cutover plan based on new learnings, mocks, and testing. Track and report status, issues, and execution metrics during mock and production cutovers.

Project consisted of changes to INVISTA’s legal entity structure and related configuration to support the separation of their Apparel business within the current SAP environment.
