We led the Source (MM) and Deliver (SD) IT workstreams through design, build, and testing phases of an SAP template rollout in a GxP manufacturing environment for a global medical device manufacturer. Focused on designing business processes in the areas of Master Data, Pricing, Procurement of Indirect and Direct materials, Sub-Contracting, MRP Replenishment Strategies, Release Strategies, Data Mapping, and creating business intake forms for Sprint Refinements. Worked with the Scrum team to design interfaces to support inter-company processes, labeling processes, as well as reporting.

The project consisted of upgrading the Johnson & Johnson Depuey Synthes Group from JDE 7.3 to SAP ECC 6.0. The project covered Make, Plan, Quality, Deliver, Source, and Finance utilizing a full lean agile framework.
